About Dr. Gary Bolen
Education: Logan College of Chiropractic
Dr. Gary Bolen has been providing chiropractic care to families in Venice since 1998. His practice has grown from his commitment for treating patients through chiropractic care and education.
Dr. Bolen has seen how healthy holistic lifestyle choices can remove many patients’ dependency on prescription drugs. Chiropractors are the doctors of the new age of health care, challenging the philosophy of the “sick-care” culture, where the answer to every ailment is a drug. Chiropractic philosophy teaches that when we remove nerve interference, we “turn the power on” and allow the body to heal itself naturally.
“When I was younger, I had allergies, headaches, asthma, and sinus issues,” says Dr. Bolen. “In my early 20s, I got into a car accident and began living off anti-inflammatory meds and muscle relaxers. Finally, I was desperate enough to go to a doctor who was going to crack my back.” After a series of adjustments, the pain from the accident was gone … but so were the chronic allergies, headaches, and asthma. This personal experience with chiropractic care is what gave Dr. Bolen the passion to pursue his training—and it is still what makes him love coming to work every day. “I love hearing my patients say they’re pain free, and they’re able to do things they haven’t been able to do in 10 years. It’s incredibly rewarding.”
Dr. Bolen is a graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic with his doctorate in Chiropractic and bachelor’s in pre-medical zoology. Dr. Bolen’s office has grown to become one of the largest wellness clinics in the state of Florida and the United States. He holds advanced certifications in spinal correction and nutrition along with advanced training in exercise and toxicity. He has served as a member of the Sports Performance Council to several U.S. national teams and professional sports teams.
Dr. Gary Bolen has been a leading provider of chiropractic care and services to individuals and families in Venice for the past 20 years and counting. During this time, his expertise and commitment to delivering the best chiropractic care and education have only grown. As a plus, Dr. Bolen offers free healthcare lessons to patients and also the community at large, enlightening them about their health. Some of his lessons include topics such as exercise, detox, nutrition, stress management, and overall health and wellbeing. Most of the time, his classes focus on popular health issues such as cancer, diabetes, and high blood pressure to name a few.
As an expert practitioner with vast experience, Dr. Bolen has seen how strict lifestyle choices can free patients from dependency on certain drugs prescription. His patients often testify of him saying “a doctor that sees prescription meds as a long-term solution for cholesterol problems and high blood pressure, needs replacement”. His line of work of being a chiropractor defies the new age health care ideology that every sickness needs a drug. Instead, it teaches the philosophy that when we get nerve interference out of the way, the body becomes free to heal itself naturally.
Dr. Bolen also mostly speaks of his experience with chiropractic care, which drove him to pursue the profession. He says, “In my early years, I had headaches, asthma, allergies, and sinus problems. When I was in my early 20s, a car accident forced me into leaving off anti-inflammatory meds and muscle relaxers. Eventually, desperation led me to a doctor who was going to crack my back, and I had no issues with it. To my biggest surprise, it worked, and the accidents’ pain, along with other chronic issues I had earlier, was gone.” This experience is what defines Dr. Bolen’s love for his work. Testimonies of his patients saying they are pain free or now being able to do what they couldn’t in the past 10 years, has made him most delightful.
Dr. Bolen graduated from the Logan College of Chiropractic. He has a doctorate degree in Chiropractic and Bachelor’s in Biology. Since its establishment. Dr. Bolen’s company has grown to be one of the largest in the state of Florida and even the United States at large. Furthermore, his advanced certifications include spinal nutrition and correction, along with expertise in toxicity and exercise. Outside work, he has also served as a member of the Sports Performance Council to different professional sports teams, including U. S national teams too. Dr. Bolen has spent his life in dedication to transforming the health and wellbeing of families primarily in Venice, and also other surrounding communities. He does this through the 5 basic essentials of MaxLiving and opening the body’s innate ability to self-heal by removing nerve interference and allowing it to fix spinal subluxations.
